A secure aquarium with a tight-fitting lid is recommended, as crayfish are skilled climbers and can escape through small openings. Provide plenty of hiding spots using rocks, driftwood, or caves to support healthy molting and reduce stress. While Orange Tip Crayfish may coexist with some fast-moving fish, they should not be housed with slow-moving fish, delicate plants, or other small bottom-dwelling invertebrates.

How to Acclimate Your Fish
Allow the sealed bag to float in your aquarium for approximately 15–20 minutes to equalize the temperature. Open the bag and gradually add small amounts of aquarium water over the next 15–20 minutes. Gently transfer the fish into the aquarium.
Important: Do not pour shipping water into your aquarium. Turn off aquarium lights and allow your new fish time to adjust to its new environment.
